Tommy solved a very difficult payment situation for me. I pay by Pay Pal as usual l, it got lost in your system but Tommy thankfully sorted out the problem and I am now back with Preloved with a current 2023 Premier Membership.

Am new here and love it

This app is poor. It classes itself as free. However you place your ad and have to wait 12 days for someone to respond if they or you are free subscribers. If you change the details of your ad your ad goes back to day 1 so you have to wait another 12 days before anyone can respond. Very frustrating and time wasting for sellers!!

Placed an add on here and also on ebay for a lacanche range cooker. Sold it on ebay before my add had even been approved on preloved. Wasted £5 upgrading too. Very slow service. Don't waste your money.

Want to upgrade membership but say visit our website well surely I'm on the website x

I use preloved a fair bit but find it so frustrating that an advert you post takes days and days awaiting review before it goes live, why is that? Ive almost given up on it

It's good to find something u need around ur area at a good price.

I placed an advert but there was a delay in being published, I chased this up, and Tommy got back to me within minutes and explained that the delay was due to being very busy. My advert was then published immediately. Fantastic customer service, thank you, will certainly recommend Preloved, been a member for many years, and always great service.

Preloved is a great advertisement website and staff are very helpful especially Tommy from the preloved team he’s very helpful and has time to respond to your queries ?

Saw a debit on my account and could not understand what it was for. Sent General Enquiry in not expecting any quick response.

So I was surprised and delighted to get an almost instant reply from Tommy explaining the position and providing a solution. Great Customer Service!

I have always liked Preloved because it is so easy to upload an advert, and it reaches a much wider audience than local Marketplace groups. However, I now like it even more because of its brilliant customer support! I had a question regarding the uploading of photographs, and as I couldn't find the answer I needed on the FAQ, I decided to try the 'contact us' option, not really expecting any sort of response. But how wrong I was...within literally minutes of my message (posted at about 8.00 a.m.), I received an astonishingly rapid and very helpful answer from Tommy, and was then able to place my advert. It's so nice to know that there are real human beings behind the website, and they take customer service so seriously. Thank you Preloved, and thank you Tommy!
